What does the lamp manufacturing process look like?

100% of the lamps come from the offer of the manufacturer Aldex Dyderscy sp. z o.o. The lighting is produced entirely in our own manufacturing facility, going through the following stages: design, bending, spinning, painting, assembly, warehousing and shipping. By ordering products at www.domotio.pl, you receive a guarantee of obtaining Polish lamps of impeccable quality.

Can I order custom lamps?

As a manufacturer, we have a wide range of possibilities to modify our designs. If the modification concerns a color available in our palette or the length of pendant lamps suspended on cables or wires, please include the relevant information in the order comment. How can I return purchased goods?

Please read our return policy. Every customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the delivery of the goods by completing a statement (return form) or by sending an email with a declaration of withdrawal from the distance sales contract. Please provide the order number, the date of purchase and delivery of the goods, and the items being returned. It is important to send the goods back to the manufacturer’s address: Aldex Dyderscy sp. z o.o., 42-217 Częstochowa, ul. Dąbkowskiego 40. After the goods are received by the logistics department and their condition is approved, the money will be promptly refunded to the customer (consumer), within a maximum of 14 days.

Do we process international orders?

Yes, to place an international order, please contact us by email at: [email protected] to determine the delivery costs and the order amount in another currency.
