How does the return process work?

1. Enter your email address and order number to access the return form.
2. Select the items you wish to return and provide the reason.
3. After submitting, you will receive an email with your return number and shipping address.
4. Send the parcel at your own expense, writing the return number on the package.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the parcel. A refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your return.
